• Valid ID with the same information as the booking details must be presented.
• Guest must present a copy of their Hotel Voucher/Confirmation letter upon Check-in.
• Kids age 0-3 year old are considered free of charge as long as sharing with the bed.
• Corkage Fee may be assessed upon check-in.
• Silence in the room is observed at 10PM until 5AM to avoid noise and disturbance to some guests staying, sleeping or resting.
• Doors and windows must keep closed and locked when leaving the room for safety.
• Smoking inside the room is discouraged to prevent fire incidents.
• Plugging-in for cooking and ironing of clothers inside the room are discouraged to prevent fire incident and damage of hotel property.
