- Valid ID with the same information as the booking details must be presented.
- Guest must present a copy of their Hotel Voucher/Confirmation letter upon Check-in.
- Kids age 0-5 years old are considered free of charge as long as sharing with the bed.
- Bringing and consuming food and drinks or ordering from external catering services is not allowed in the rooms or any other hotel areas.
- Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
- Cancellation Policy: Bookings made are considered Non-Refundable, Non-Cancellable and Non- Rebookable once finalized. Failure to arrive at the resort/Hotel shall be a result of No show and shall be treated as 100% charged.

HOW TO GET TO PEAK VIEW RESORT BY COCOTEL VIA COMMUTE:
- From the airport, there are taxi’s that could take guests to PPS terminal where there are vans going to San Vicente terminal in the proper.
- (The take off will depend on the number of passengers but it usually leaves every after 2 hours)
- Once they reach San Vicente terminal proper, there are e-cab which they could ride going to Peak View.
- Guests will have to contact the resort if in case they are having difficulties passing through due to the tough roads. The resort will then pick them up from the part where vans and e-cab couldn't pass through.
EXCLUSIVE VAN TRANSFER ARRANGED WITH THE RESORT:
- From PPS to Peakview for Php 6000 for one-way for the whole van.
- Exclusive for guests if it is booked privately with 12 pax capacity but will still depend on their luggage/s.
